# Emails you receive

> See the emails Referly sends to you as the program owner: new affiliate sign-ups, referrals, sales, payouts, weekly summary, and chat messages. Turn each notification on or off.

Referly keeps you in the loop by email as your program runs — when a new affiliate joins, when a sale comes in, and when a payout is ready. This page lists the emails you receive as the program owner and how to control them.

You manage them in your program's **Settings**. In the left sidebar, select **Settings**, open **Program Details**, then **Email Notifications**. Under **Your Notifications** you'll find a card for each email, each with a toggle. Switching a toggle takes effect right away — there's no separate save step. These emails go to the address on your account.

## Affiliate activity

### New affiliate sign-up

Get notified whenever someone new joins your program. If your program reviews applicants first, this is your cue to [approve or decline](/docs/help-center/getting-started/recruit/approve-or-decline) them.

### New referral

Get notified when an affiliate brings in a new referral, so you can watch momentum build across your program in real time.

### New sale

Get notified each time an affiliate drives a sale. If your program does high volume, this can be a lot of email — turn it off with its toggle if you'd rather track sales from your [analytics](/docs/help-center/manage/analytics/overview) instead.

## Payouts

### New payout ready

Get notified when commissions have built up into a payout that's ready to be processed.

### Payout batch paid

Get notified when a [payout batch](/docs/help-center/manage/payouts/batches) is successfully paid, so you know your affiliates have been paid out.

### Payout batch failed

Get notified when a payout batch or an individual payout fails, so you can act on any [failed payouts](/docs/help-center/manage/payouts/failed-payouts) quickly.

## Summaries and other activity

### Weekly summary

Receive a once-a-week recap of how your affiliate program is performing — a quick pulse-check without logging in.

### Content reward submission

Get notified when an affiliate submits work for one of your [content reward](/docs/help-center/gamify/content-rewards/overview) campaigns and it's waiting for your review.

### New chat message

Get notified when an affiliate sends you a new [message](/docs/help-center/engage/messages/overview), so a question doesn't sit unanswered.

## Turn an email on or off

Each card under **Your Notifications** has a toggle. Switch it off to stop that email; switch it on to resume. Your change is saved automatically.
