Tapfiliate Alternative
A bill that doesn't move with your traffic
Tapfiliate's entry plan stops at 50 affiliates and 5,000 clicks. Referly's $75 covers 200 and counts neither.

Referly
Referly's direct Tapfiliate importer maps affiliates, referral links and commission rates. Free on every plan.
Referly is a Tapfiliate alternative that meters on affiliate revenue instead of traffic. Tapfiliate's $89 Launch plan includes 5,000 clicks, 500 conversions and 50 affiliates, with overage at $1.50 per 1,000 extra clicks, so a 200-affiliate program needs Scale at $179/mo, against Referly's $75 for the same program. Referly counts no clicks, caps no roster at that size, and imports from Tapfiliate directly.
Credit where due
What Tapfiliate does well
We say what they do well before we say what they do not. That is the reason you can believe the rest of the page.
Tapfiliate is the only vendor in the category that publishes its overage rates at all, $1.50 per 1,000 clicks, $15 per 1,000 conversions on Launch, and that honesty deserves naming. "Flat Pricing. Zero Cuts" is true: no percentage of your sales at any plan. The Scale tier is a deep product, deeplinks, multi-level marketing, workflow automation, product feeds, multi-language accounts, and it earned its ranking on the ecommerce affiliate software query on merit.
At $74/mo billed annually against Referly's $75, price is not the argument here. The meter is.
What you actually pay
The same program, priced by both
At this size Tapfiliate costs 2.4× what Referly does. The gap comes from the percentages and the plan cliffs, not the sticker price.
Referly
- Startup plan
- $75
Startup, up to 200 active affiliates

Tapfiliate
- Scale plan
- $179
Scale, 100,000 clicks included
Both entry plans cost about the same, but Tapfiliate's holds 50 affiliates and Referly's holds 200. Priced for the same 200-partner program, Tapfiliate is on Scale at $179 against Referly's $75, and their number still moves with click volume, where Referly's does not.
Assumes the program Referly's $75 plan is sized for: $10,000/mo in affiliate revenue, 200 active affiliates, 20% commission ($2,000/mo in payouts), 100 referred orders and 5,000 tracked clicks. The same program, priced by each vendor's own published rates.
The other side
Where Tapfiliate stops
Three real limitations, each one traceable to a sentence on their own website.
The meter
Launch includes 5,000 clicks and 500 conversions a month. A press mention, a viral post or a bot wave spends that allowance for you. The bill moves with traffic you don't control.

The Launch walls
Launch caps affiliates at 50 and programs at one. Deeplinks, MLM, automated payouts via Trolley and custom domains all start on Scale at $179/mo ($149 annual).

The white-label gate
Full white label and SSO are Enterprise-only, priced custom. On the plans with published numbers, the portal your affiliates see carries Tapfiliate's branding decisions, not yours.

Their reviewers, not us
What Tapfiliate users say they're missing
Verbatim from public reviews, with the rating and date each one carries. Every link goes to the source.
“Lack of support, no ROI, Interfaces are complex, no onboarding or customer follow up. Expensive! Even the retention attempt is dissapointing.”
Referly ships a guided onboarding checklist on every plan, and its bill tracks affiliate revenue rather than click volume you can't forecast.
Quotes are reproduced word for word, typos included, from reviews posted within the last 24 months. Reviews get edited and deleted, so if one of these no longer reads as written, tell us and it comes down.
Which one should you choose?

The meter. Tapfiliate bills on clicks and conversions, 5,000 and 500 a month on Launch, with published overage rates. Referly bills on affiliate revenue: $75/mo covers $10,000/mo, and click volume never touches the invoice. Whichever number you can forecast better is the meter you should be on.
