Moov sells walking pads — direct, across the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, and on bol.com. Fitness hardware is a category that lives on creators: the treadmill under the standing desk is exactly the kind of product people buy because someone they follow showed them theirs. So Moov built its growth engine on influencers, and built it big — over 1,000 active creators and affiliates driving a serious share of revenue across three countries.

A program that size is an asset with a ledger attached. By the time Moov considered switching platforms, that ledger held years of history: 17,252 sales generated by partners, each one attached to a real person's earnings record. Which framed the move in the way every affiliate manager dreads:

  • Losing history wasn't an optionreset the ledger and a thousand partners lose the record their trust is built on.

  • Three storefronts, one programmoovmore.nl, .be and .de had to attribute into a single ledger, not three half-programs.

  • Payouts at roster scalepaying a four-figure roster partner by partner is a full-time job nobody wanted.

Competitor import

17,252 sales of history moved in, ledgers intact

Referly's competitor import exists for exactly this scenario: bring the partners, the customers and every historical sale with you, mapped to the right affiliates with commission history intact. Moov's import carried all 17,252 historical sales onto Referly, so on day one every creator logged into a new portal and found their old numbers waiting for them.

That is the entire reason the program could move at all. Nobody renegotiated, nobody started from zero, and the totals partners had been promised reconciled to the cent before the program went live.

Cross-domain tracking · Multi-lingual portal

One program, three countries, no duplicate anything

Moov's partners don't all sell in the same place. A Dutch creator links to moovmore.nl, a German one to moovmore.de — and cross-domain tracking attributes every click and sale into the same program regardless of which storefront converts. One commission ledger, one payout run, three markets.

The partner-facing side speaks the partner's language, literally: the white-label portal at moovvmore-nl.referly.so ships in 15 built-in languages, so German creators read their dashboard in German while the team manages everything in one place.

Batch payouts

Paying 1,155 partners without a spreadsheet

The quiet win is operational. Commissions approve on a schedule, payout thresholds keep micro-balances from generating micro-transfers, and batch payouts turn the monthly run into one action instead of a thousand — with payout proof attached to the record either way. Partners get paid without anyone chasing spreadsheets, which is the exact phrase Moov's affiliate manager uses about the old way of working.

Content rewards

Where it goes next: paying for the content itself

A creator program at Moov's scale produces something beyond sales: a constant stream of UGC — unboxings, desk setups, walking-pad-while-working videos. Referly's content rewards let a brand pay for exactly that: set a rate for published content, let creators submit it, reward the posts that perform. For a product this visual, that turns the influencer roster into a content engine with its own economics — the next lever on top of a commission program that already runs itself.

The results

The numbers, three markets in

Every figure below is generated by partners and read from the program's live ledger — the migrated history counted separately from what Referly attributed after the move, so nothing is double-claimed.

Affiliates drive a serious share of our revenue across three countries. Since we moved to Referly everything runs from one place, tracking has been spot on, and our partners get paid without me chasing spreadsheets.

  • No — that was the condition of the move. Referly's competitor import carried 17,252 historical sales onto the platform with every partner's earnings record intact, so on day one each creator saw their old numbers in the new portal. Nobody's ledger reset to zero.
