Trackdesk Pricing
Trackdesk starts at $329, and the plan cards don't tell the whole story
No tier exists below $329. The real Business limits live in an expandable matrix, not on the card.

Trackdesk starts at $329/mo on Business, with Enterprise at $499 and Enterprise PLUS from $1,199. There is no cheaper tier and no free plan. The trial is 14 days. Checked 2026-08-10.

The meter
Program revenue is the meter. The seats are the surprise.
Two sets of limits: the ones on the cards, and the ones in the matrix underneath.
Trackdesk meters on program revenue, with Business covering up to $30,000/mo. That is a generous ceiling, and the unlimited claims on the plan cards are true: affiliate partners, clicks and conversions genuinely are not metered.
The limits that bite are in the feature matrix underneath the cards: 5 team seats, 10 active offers and 100 coupon-tracking codes on Business. The other structural fact is the floor. Nothing exists below $329/mo, so a program doing $8,000/mo in affiliate revenue is not their buyer.

The fees on top
The fees on top
Short section. Trackdesk's answer here is clean.
Transaction fee: none stated
No figure published
No transaction, payout or overage fee appears on their pricing page. As elsewhere on this site, not stated is reported as not stated rather than as zero, but there is no published fee to model.

Migration assistance: included
$0 from the Business plan
Included from the entry plan, ranging from a custom step-by-step guide on Business to fully managed migration higher up. Most of this category either charges for this or does not offer it.

Referly's own fees, in the same format: 0% transaction fee on every plan, meaning no cut of sales, affiliate revenue or commission volume. Two optional charges do carry a percentage and neither is a transaction fee: agency client billing at 5% / 2.5% / 1%, only if an agency invoices its clients through Referly, and Referly Payouts at 5% bank/ACH and 8% card, only if you use the managed payout rail.

Referly gates things too, and on the same basis: automated payouts, EU self-billing invoices, W-9/W-8 collection and the custom portal domain all start on Business at $149. Coupon tracking and link tracking are on every plan, and sub-affiliate tiers are 2 levels, not unlimited.
Their reviewers, not us
What Trackdesk users say they're missing
Verbatim from public reviews, with the rating and date each one carries. Every link goes to the source.
“No performance alerting yet, but you can track trends if you log in regularly.”
Referly emails program owners on new sales, new affiliates and payout events, so the dashboard is not the only way to know something happened.
“Setting up custom commission models for various campaigns requires more steps than I would prefer.”
Referly's commission plans are reusable objects: build one, attach it to any campaign or affiliate group, and change it in one place afterwards.
Quotes are reproduced word for word, typos included, from reviews posted within the last 24 months. Reviews get edited and deleted, so if one of these no longer reads as written, tell us and it comes down.
Is Trackdesk worth the money?
Trackdesk is good value if
- Program revenue is comfortably past $30,000/mo and $329 is a rounding error
- You genuinely need unmetered clicks, conversions and partner counts
- Procurement wants an ISO 27001:2022 posture and real compliance documentation
- Included migration assistance materially reduces your switching cost
It stops being good value when
- Your program earns under $30,000/mo and $329 is most of the budget
- You need more than 5 seats, 10 offers or 100 coupon codes, all Enterprise triggers
- You wanted to start small and scale, which their ladder has no room for
- You compared plan cards rather than the matrix and budgeted for the ∞
Referly covers the same $30,000/mo ceiling on its Business plan at $149, and starts at $75 for programs up to $10,000/mo. Coupon tracking is on every plan with no code limit at that scale, and the transaction fee is 0%. For a program under $30,000/mo the difference is $149 against $329.

Referly is $180/mo less at this size, which is $2,160 over a year.
Trackdesk's seat, offer and coupon limits are not modelled by the slider. They are the Enterprise triggers listed above, and any of them can move you to $499 regardless of revenue.
At $10,000/mo in affiliate revenue with 200 affiliates and a 20% commission, Trackdesk comes to $329/mo on Business and Referly to $75/mo on Startup. Drag the sliders to your own numbers.
