How long does it take to migrate an affiliate program?

About two hours of hands-on work for most programs, then three to seven days running both tools in parallel before you switch the old one off. Do my affiliates have to sign up again?

No. They are imported with their referral codes, their rates and their original join dates, and are invited into the new portal rather than asked to register. They do get a new portal address, so send everyone their new link during the overlap.

Which tools can Referly import from directly?

Eight: Rewardful, FirstPromoter, Tolt, Tapfiliate, PartnerStack, Partnero, Dub and Trackdesk. Each connects with an API key from that tool, and pulls affiliates, referrals and sales. Everything else, including Refersion, UpPromote, LeadDyno and Post Affiliate Pro, migrates by CSV with column mapping.

Does Referly charge for migration?

No. Importing is free on every plan including Startup, and Referly takes 0% of your sales on every plan. Managed, done-for-you migration is part of Enterprise and the agency plans. Can I run both platforms at the same time?

Yes, and you should. Three to seven days is the normal overlap. Both tools will attribute some of the same sales during it, which is the point: you compare the two dashboards daily, and when the numbers agree you switch the old one off. Pay commissions from whichever tool attributed them and reconcile as you go.

What if the import goes wrong?

Delete the job. Every import records what it created, so removing it takes out the affiliates, referrals, sales, links and clicks from that run and nothing else, and your program goes back to where it was. Then fix the mapping and run it again.
