White label affiliate software

Your brand, your domain, your prices

Nobody wants their partners or their clients discovering which tool they bought. Put the portal on your own domain, or run the whole platform as yours, with your own Stripe underneath it.

  • One CNAME per subdomain
  • No Referly badge, no Referly emails
  • Agencies bill through their own Stripe

Referly appears nowhere

Two surfaces

The portal, the dashboard, or both

Which one you need depends on who is meant to see your brand.

Business and up

Seen by your affiliates

The partner portal

The screen your partners log into. On your domain, in your branding, with no sign that Referly is underneath it.

  • partners.yourbrand.com by CNAME
  • Your logo, favicon, colours and typography
  • Emails sent from your own domain
  • The Referly badge removed entirely
  • Custom CSS and JavaScript
  • Your own terms of service
Agency plans

Seen by your clients

The agency dashboard

The whole platform, run as yours. Clients log into your dashboard, on your domain, and are billed by you rather than by Referly.

  • app.youragency.com by CNAME
  • Your logo and favicon on the dashboard itself
  • Your own plans, with your own prices
  • Clients billed through your Stripe account
  • Per-client feature and limit controls
  • Unlimited team seats with roles

Business and up

Your domain

partners.yourbrand.com, not a Referly subdomain

One DNS record per subdomain. The certificate is handled for you.

Every program can have its own domain, so an agency running fifteen client programs runs fifteen portals on fifteen hostnames, each belonging to the client whose partners use it.

  1. Pick the subdomain

partners.yourbrand.com, go.yourbrand.com, whatever fits. One per program.

  2. Add one CNAME

A single DNS record at your registrar, pointing that subdomain at Referly.

  3. Referly verifies it

The record is checked and the domain is registered for serving. Usually minutes.

  4. HTTPS is issued

The certificate is provisioned and renewed for you. Nothing to install, nothing to remember.

For agencies

Bill your clients, keep your margin

Design your own plans, set your own prices, and take the money through your own Stripe account.

Referly charges you for your agency plan. What you charge your clients is yours to decide. Build the tiers, set the prices, and switch features and limits on per client.

Billing through Referly is optional. Either way, Referly takes 0% of your clients' sales and 0% of their affiliates' commissions.

  • Your own plans

Build the tiers you want to sell, name them, price them, and decide what each one includes.

  • Per-client feature switches

Turn link tracking, coupons, MLM, the marketplace, short links, API keys and the payout rail on or off, per client.

  • Per-client limits

Affiliates, revenue, customers, team seats and program count, overridden per client rather than by plan.

  • Payment exemptions

Put a client on the house, with a reason and an end date, without breaking their access.

  • Team and roles

Owner, admin and member, with per-program permissions, and unlimited seats.

  • Client analytics

Subscription and usage views across every client program you run.

Billing clients through Referly's Stripe Connect carries a percentage of what you invoice them, and it falls as your agency plan goes up. It is optional: an agency that invoices its clients off-platform pays its plan price and nothing else. Neither is a cut of anyone's sales. Referly takes 0% of those on every plan.

When theming is not enough

Custom CSS and custom JavaScript

Two fields, injected into the portal, for the things a colour picker cannot do.

Most programs never open these. The ones that do are usually matching a design system that predates the portal, and two fields are cheaper than a redesign request.

portal.css
/* Portal → Custom code → CSS */:root {  --portal-radius: 4px;      /* squared corners, house style */}.portal-header {  border-bottom: 2px solid #0F766E;}.portal-card {  box-shadow: none;  border: 1px solid #E7E5E4;}

I was looking to build an online portal for affiliates to track their sales and Referly saved me so much work. So many amazing extra features, like custom domains and fully customisable affiliate rates.

What stays Referly

White labelling covers what your clients and their partners see. Here is what it does not cover.

  • Your own bill from us

Referly invoices you as Referly, on your agency or Business plan. Only what your clients and partners see is yours.

  • This marketing site

referly.so is ours and is English-only. White labelling covers the product surfaces, not our website.

  • The Startup plan

Startup keeps the Referly subdomain and the badge. White labelling starts on Business, and the agency dashboard needs an agency plan.

  • Support you resell

Your clients talk to you. If you want Referly in the room with them, that is a conversation to have, not a switch to flip.

  • Startup keeps the Referly subdomain and badge. Removing them, your own domain and your own sending domain all start on Business.
  • The agency dashboard, client billing and per-client controls are agency-plan features rather than upgrades to a brand plan.

  • Not from the Business plan. The portal is on your domain, in your branding, the emails come from your address and the badge is gone. On Startup the portal runs on a Referly subdomain and keeps a small badge.

Running this for clients?

Agency setups are usually a conversation rather than a signup: how many client programs, which features per tier, and what you want to charge for them.
